A global leader in precision technology is seeking a visionary Vice President of AI and Analytics to spearhead the next phase of its data and AI transformation. This executive role will be responsible for shaping and executing a bold strategy to scale AI and analytics capabilities across the organization, driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer value on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the global AI and analytics strategy, aligning with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify and develop high-impact AI/ML use cases across business units, from R&D to commercial operations, accelerating digital transformation.
• Team Building: Build and lead a world-class, cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analytics professionals.
• Data Governance: Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, product teams, and regional leaders to embed AI-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
• Technology Oversight: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI platforms, tools, and infrastructure to support scalable solutions.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale AI and analytics initiatives in a global organization.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics, with a strong understanding of emerging AI trends.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing, diverse teams across geographies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
