Over2 billion people in Emerging Markets lack traditional financial data, and as a result are financially underserved. At the same time, these consumers have tremendous amount of digital footprint around them.
Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation through digital footprint-enabled data science and machine learning models.
Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Since 2020, our business has expanded to 6 countries, surpassed 10 million visits every month to our brands and reached profitability.

As we continue our growth and expansion, unlocking new markets and products, as well as introducing AI as a central product pillar, we are looking for great people to fortify our team further.
Join our team as Regional Manager for Asia and take the driver's seat scaling our business in the region 10->100!
We are open-minded with regards to exact setup, but expect this role will require at least 50% of the time spent in target markets, combined with regular time periods spent in our Riga, Latvia HQ.
You will:
- Oversee and manage all business activities across Philippines and Vietnam with full top and bottom line ownership
- Scale up a considerable business unit that is already in :10M USD annual revenue range
- Establish and expand regional team, ensuring best-in-class localization of core client-facing functions
- Drive your team's day-to-day via OKRs, KPIs and very much hands-on management
- Embody the company's values in your performance, translating same performance expectation to your team
- Drive growth through key partnerships in every market under your ownership, both demand and supply side
- Identify and present key commercial opportunities to the founders: new products, new countries, new strategic synergies
- Play a leading role with regards to improving marketing, product and operations efforts to best align with the needs of local markets, market trends and client preferences
- Based on performance, explore the prospect and timeline of adding India to your regional portfolio, as we have established strong initial footprint there in 2025
- 5+ years of hands on experience, with at least 3 years of management experience
- Prior experience in financial services, marketplace business or large-scale consumer tech companies
- Excellent English. Knowledge of Tagalog, Vietnamese or Hindi
- Demonstrated ability of being a self-starter that thrives in dynamic, cross-market environment
- Extreme level of ownership
- Ability to fly high & fly low: zoom out and recalibrate the big picture, and then dive in and lead execution by example, repetitively and regularly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
