Cybersecurity Programme / Project / Portfolio manager

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Program / Project / Portfolio Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. The position is based in Luxembourg.


Responsibilities

  • Coordination of IT Transformation and Work Programme, in close collaboration with the Programme Management Officer.
  • Definition of prerequisites and impact analyses for new, modified, or decommissioned services, including all security (confidentiality, integrity, availability) considerations.
  • Preparation of deployment plans, secure configurations, and access-control schemes for environments and services.
  • Management of Unit requests: reception, analysis, prioritisation, and coordination of implementation activities with team leads.
  • Development and maintenance of technical and security documentation, including deployment plans, installation manuals, security design documents, and compliance reports.
  • Coordination and review of security assessments, vulnerability scans, threat models, and risk analyses for proposed solutions.
  • Reporting on service-delivery status, validation of security controls, vulnerability remediation, and incident-handling outcomes.
  • Assistance with incident response: investigation, containment, lessons learned, and rollout of corrective measures.
  • Liaison and communication with business units, unit management, technical teams, the Local Information Security Officer (LISO), and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL-based change management and service delivery processes.
  • Proven experience in secure architecture design, deployment, and service delivery.
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, and organisational skills to manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver technical and business presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to high-quality standards in security controls, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Strong adaptability to fast-changing technologies and evolving regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Active participation and contribution in technical meetings and project discussions.
  • Certifications: ITIL (or equivalent) and relevant security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SABSA, CISSP, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (B2/C1) is required; French (B2/C1) is considered an asset.
