Product Manager - Digital Product (6-Month Assignment, Hybrid - Amsterdam)

Are you an experienced Product Manager ready to take on a high-impact challenge in a dynamic, international environment? We're looking for a driven professional to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a mission-critical digital product that powers fleet operations across multiple markets.

In this role, you'll shape and execute a compelling product strategy balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical realities. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the digital organization, ensuring that every product decision creates measurable value.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, analysts, and developers to maximize product value.
• Drive roadmap alignment with overall business goals and ensure outcomes are measurable and impactful.
• Monitor performance, track success metrics, and continuously improve how your product operates.
• Quantify investments, validate assumptions, and make data-driven decisions to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Be the go-to ambassador for your product, internally and externally.

What you bring

• 5+ years' experience in digital product management or product strategy, ideally in a complex, international environment.
• Proven success delivering product roadmaps and managing full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills able to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally with distributed and multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• A collaborative mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to lead through influence.
