We are looking for a Learning & Talent Management Professional to join our team, focusing on Job Architecture, Skill Management, and related training portfolio within our organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading and moderating discussions with experts from our organization, and you will be in direct contact with our counterparts from the HR teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility over all topics belonging to a discipline from JF Research & Development (Job Architecture, Skill Management, Training Portfolio);
- Very good written and spoken English skills;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit and good organizational skills;
- Openness to new technologies/applications and digital solutions.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate data from multiple sources;
- Project management capabilities, including ownership of work packages and coordination across teams;
- Technical proficiency in creating and customizing reports, data objects, and attributes within HR systems;
- Understanding of data quality assurance processes, including testing and validation;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare training materials and documentation;
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Attention to detail in managing HR master data and executing ad hoc reporting tasks.
