Help us reimagine banking – one component at a time.
On this past September 2nd, 2025, the Generic Customer Processes (GCP) Grid within the Customer Data Solutions (CDS) organization, has officially started. This grid is where end-to-end business processes, customer journeys, and application ownership come together. In our new department, we design and build journeys that every customer touches – from signing up for an account to updating personal details and managing preferences. We work on generic customer processes that are critical to smooth, consistent and user-friendly journeys across our organization. Our mission is clear: enhance and digitalize customer processes, at the same time we want to build our processes in a modular way which consists of building blocks of a modern, seamless banking experience and that’s where you come in.
