Freelance Genesys Cloud Developer / Engineer/Architect – Contract Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer / Architect to join an exciting mission with a leading client.
📍 Location: Hybrid Stockholm
📅 Duration: Long-term engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Genesys Architect flows, including WebRTC and Voice/Digital in-queue flows.
- Develop integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and Genesys Cloud SDKs.
- Configure call routing, outbound campaigns, and GC reporting.
- Lead the onboarding of new Genesys Orgs, including initial configuration and optimisation of environments.
Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud CX environment (Architect Voice and Digital Flows).
- Hands-on experience in Voice/Digital flow development and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Java or Python is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to design scalable communication solutions.
Certifications
- Genesys Cloud CX: Developer / Professional Certification – a strong plus.
