Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and cloud-based AI integration. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI applications using modern frameworks and Azure AI services.

Location: Cracow, Poland

Work Mode: Hybrid mode (3days per week on-site and 2days remote work)

Hiring Mode: Freelance / Contract

Duration: 6months (extension anticipated)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications with a focus on cloud integration.
• Implement and optimize models using frameworks such as Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, and TensorFlow.
• Build scalable AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and related Azure services.
• Apply advanced AI architecture patterns including RAG, Agentic RAG, MCP, Function Calling, and A2A.
• Engineer prompts, manage context windows, and fine-tune models for optimal performance.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and real-time data pipelines.
• Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy and system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Java or other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Solid understanding of Azure AI services, cloud architecture, and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with real-time data integration and AI system optimization.
