Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: You'll work with our technical experts to map out current processes and find opportunities to make them better and more efficient.
• Project Management: You'll help manage internal projects from start to finish, making sure everyone is on the same page and that projects stay on track.
• Clear Documentation: You'll assist to create and maintain clear documents for new processes and projects, ensuring that all teams have the information they need to succeed.
• Performance Analysis: You'll analyze data to understand how our services are performing and use those insights to suggest improvements.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Core Skills: You should be great at understanding business needs and turning them into practical pro-ject plans and better processes.
• Problem-Solving: You're a natural at figuring out tough problems and finding smart solutions.
• Communication: You can explain complex ideas clearly, both in writing and in meetings, to different groups of people.
• Tools: You're comfortable using tools like Microsoft Teams – Lists and Planner for project and docu-ment management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally in an IT environment.
