Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning & Strategic Execution

• Lead the overall planning and evolution of P2P trading products, including core transaction functions, merchant service systems, lifecycle management, user growth mechanisms, and transaction security strategies.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, user behavior, and competitor movements to refine product strategy and enhance experience.

2. Requirements Analysis & Project Delivery

• Deeply understand user transaction journeys and identify key friction points; translate insights into actionable product requirements and detailed PRDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Payment Operations to drive projects from concept to launch with full ownership of delivery.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate continuously through data-driven insights to optimize user engagement, conversion, and retention.

3. Transaction Security & Risk Collaboration

• Work closely with the Risk and Operations teams to design and optimize transaction security mechanisms (fraud detection, dispute resolution, account freezing logic).
• Balance efficiency, risk control, and user experience to build a trusted transaction ecosystem and a robust merchant/user rating framework.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in internet, fintech, or digital trading platforms, with at least 2 years in payments, P2P, or marketplace product development.
• Strong understanding of P2P trading models, matching logic, risk control flows, and fund movement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex, scalable product solutions with clear logic and system-level thinking.
• Highly analytical, data-driven mindset — capable of identifying key growth or performance opportunities through data insights.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese for international coordination.
