Data Factory Scrum Master

A prominent organization is seeking a Data Factory Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile practices for their dynamic and data-driven project team. The initiative involves cutting-edge data solutions, including ETL processes and quality assurance, and demands a skilled individual to guide a collaborative and high-performing team culture. The work environment is hybrid, requiring occasional onsite presence in Brussels.

• Facilitate agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Act as a servant leader by identifying and removing impediments to sustain team productivity and engagement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and project managers to refine and implement data-related requirements and specifications.
• Leverage Jira for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and generating actionable reports to monitor team performance.
• Coach team members, fostering a positive, inclusive environment that promotes growth, innovation, and collaboration.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, especially in data-centric projects involving ETL processes and data quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like Jira.
• Bilingual in Dutch or French and English, with excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Brussels at least two days a week and collaborate effectively in distributed teams.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills to handle evolving project needs with a positive approach
