An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join a progressive public sector organisation on an initial 6 month contract. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR projects that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture with offices in Dublin 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including employee records, absence management, and HR queries.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Contribute to HR initiatives across wellbeing, learning, and diversity & inclusion.
- Maintain HR data and produce reports to support decision-making.
About You:
- HR qualification (degree or diploma) with at least 4 years’ solid HR generalist experience.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
- CIPD qualification or public sector experience an advantage.
