As we continue our growth and expansion, unlocking new markets and products, as well as introducing AI as a central product pillar, we are looking for great people to fortify our team further.

Join our team as Partner Success Manager interacting with Key B2B Accounts daily & driving synergies that allow both Jeff, as well as our partners to succeed and grow.

You will:

  • Work with a few dozen of accounts daily
  • Support key accounts through the cycle, from integration and onboarding, to scaleup and data-driven growth fostering
  • Analyze a substantial set of KPIs daily or weekly, detecting growth potential and inefficiencies
  • Continuously gather feedback and insights from our B2B customers, proposing connected business enhancements
  • Interact with internal stakeholders from Data, Marketing and Sales teams daily
  • Lead decision-making automation efforts to elevate efficiency of our day-to-day partner ops
  • Be the right-hand person to the regional manager, driving growth in your markets
  • Drive adoption of API-centric operations as a standard
  • Introduce and improve B2B partner satisfaction via CSAT/NPS/other relevant metrics
  • Support your region's team with new markets and products entry and expansion




You have:

  • Drive and hunger to kickstart / accelerate your career. This role is an outstanding opportunity both for recent graduates / last year students, as well as talent with a few years of experience already
  • Profound ability to make sense of data and insights, and coney said findings in targeted sales efforts
  • Excellent English. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability of being a self-starter that thrives in dynamic, cross-market environment
  • Extreme level of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Mindset towards automation and operations enhancement with the help of AI and other latest technologies
  • Ability to work with pivots and lookups. Ability to understand & write basic SQL is a plus
