Position description

We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in animation and gamification and Flutter experience to join our client in building a highly engaging consumer application. You will play a key role in shaping delightful, intuitive, and interactive user experiences that set the product apart in the entertainment space.

We expect you to have a passion for crafting engaging interfaces, a deep understanding of how animation enhances usability, and the ability to translate complex concepts into seamless, user-friendly designs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design interactive user flows with a focus on gamification and engagement.
• Create high-quality animations and transitions that elevate usability and delight users.
• Translate product requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implementable and consistent.
• Collaborate using tools like Figma and deliver polished assets for development.
• Contribute to implementing designs directly in Flutter.

For this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of animated and interactive work.
• Expertise in animation principles and tools for digital interfaces.
• Experience with gamification design concepts and their application in consumer apps.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe After Effects, or similar).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in game design or implementing UI in Flutter.
• Strong cultural fit: direct and honest communicator, collaborative, no ego, passionate about the product, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
