🎯 Job Description and General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience focused on AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native DevOps services and tools such as Amazon EKS, AWS CodePipeline, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Build, Anthos, and Terraform.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and automated DevOps solutions on AWS and/or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across complex, distributed cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Prior customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer-Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect- Professional, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Professional Cloud Architect are highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with the Presales team to provide technical validation and input when required during the sales cycle.
• Support technical presentations, demos, or workshops when deep DevOps expertise is needed, ensuring consistency with overall solution strategy.
• Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) activities led by the Presales team to validate proposed architectures in customer environments.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation in collaboration with the Presales team, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Design and propose DevOps architectures aligned with automation, scalability, and security requirements.
• Stay current on cloud platform advancements (AWS/GCP), DevOps practices, and industry trends to inform solution design.
• Lead and/or support the implementation of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines based on presales designs.
• Execute cloud migration projects including assessment, planning, refactoring/replatforming, and cutover.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager.
• Set up and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure observability and operational excellence.
• Implement security best practices and compliance requirements throughout the cloud environment.
• Provide post-deployment support, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Work closely with Presales, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure technical alignment from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, architects, developers) to ensure successful project delivery.
