Your Main Responsibilities
Görev Tanımı:
- İnsan Kaynakları süreçlerine destek verilmesi (İşe alım, onboarding, eğitim, çalışan memnuniyeti vb.),
- Departman içi projelerde ve şirket içi organizasyon planlamalarına destek olunması,
- Özlük evrakları konusunda İdari İşler ekibine destek verilmesi.
Aranan Nitelikler:
- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinde 3. veya 4. sınıf öğrencisi,
- 6 ay süreyle haftanın en az 3 günü tam zamanlı olarak Ataşehir merkez ofisimizden çalışabilecek,
- SGK prim ödemesi okulu tarafından karşılanan,
- İnsan Kaynakları alanında kariyer hedefleyen,
- Tercihen İnsan Kaynakları alanında staj deneyimi olan.
