Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Analyst in Chicago, IL. Duties:
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Analyst in Chicago, IL. Duties:
- QA Analyst will develop and implement test plans, cases, and validation processes to ensure data integrity
- Create and maintain SQL and Python scripts for audience segmentation and data checks
- Document, track, and resolve defects promptly, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up
- As a QA Analyst, you will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to troubleshoot data issues and optimize campaign workflows
- Develop documentation and best practices for QA processes to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
- 2-3 years of experience in data quality assurance, including manual and automated testing
- Automated testing experience
- SQL proficiency
- Python scripting
- Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation
