Location: 3-4 days in Bendigo (non-negotiable)
Duration: ASAP start until 31-1-2026
We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and defining our client's future state end-to-end (E2E) business processes across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented BA who excels at translating complex business workflows into clear, validated process maps and actionable insights.
About the Role:
As part of a collaborative project team, you will:
- Provide BA support to develop End-to-End Future State Business Processes across multiple systems and people interfaces.
- Create a single source of truth for business workflows, decision points, system touchpoints, and data flows.
- Facilitate and lead discovery workshops to capture detailed business requirements and current practices.
- Analyse and document gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas in existing processes.
- Synthesize multiple inputs from stakeholders and systems into one cohesive E2E view.
- Validate process maps and designs with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Enable SMEs to gain a deep understanding of the proposed E2E process — ensuring confidence in the solution design and its ability to meet business needs.
You’ll work closely with other BAs and SMEs who bring strong knowledge of the current state, fostering a collaborative environment to drive alignment and clarity.

- Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assimilate and simplify complex information.
- Experience in future state process design and business transformation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Finance and/or ERP transformation projects is preferred
