Role Overview:

We are seeking a globally minded, commercially astute finance leader to architect the company’s next stage of strategic and data-driven growth. This is a high-impact role focused on building the financial intelligence engine of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep capital and real estate markets insight, operational finance rigor, and an instinct for opportunity — guiding decisions across M&A, investment strategy, asset optimization, and AI-driven forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Financial Planning & M&A: Drive comprehensive financial modeling and due diligence to support mergers, acquisitions, and Treasury strategy. Evaluate opportunities across markets to optimize capital deployment and long-term value creation.
  • Asset & Cashflow Management: Oversee and enhance global asset portfolios and cashflow operations, ensuring liquidity, efficient capital allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Investment & Fund Access: Build and maintain relationships with investment funds, institutional partners, and venture networks to expand access to capital, co-investment opportunities, and alternative financing vehicles.
  • AI-Driven Financial Insights: Bring insights about Implementation of AI-powered forecasting, scenario simulation, and cost analytics tools to enhance precision in decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and predict market shifts.
  • Deal Structuring & Tokenization Expertise: Support financial innovation by evaluating tokenized assets and blockchain-based financing models. Design and negotiate deal structures that align with both regulatory and commercial frameworks.
  • Operational Cost Mapping: Build a dynamic, live cost-mapping and expense-tracking system to identify inefficiencies, burning spots, and hidden value across teams and initiatives.
  • ROI & Scenario Modeling: Develop adaptive models for new product launches, fundraising rounds, and geographic expansion — including lightweight ROI calculators for hiring, marketing, and vendor negotiations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in commercial, corporate development, investment banking, or financial services roles
  • Real Estate assets management experience will be highly valued
  • Demonstrated track record of successful business development or strategic dealmaking in the financial sector
  • Experience in M&A, capital raising, or strategic partnerships is a strong plus
  • Deep, active network in the financial and investment ecosystem (banks, fintechs, asset managers, family offices, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of navigating high-level strategic conversations
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with a high degree of ownership and discretion
