HR Junior Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our team and support HR operations in Sweden.

This is a 12-month temporary position, offering an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your career in Human Resources

How You'll Make An Impact

• Collect new joiners’ personal data and coordinate drug and allergy testing.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assist with HR documentation, data entry, and system updates.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Support accurate and timely registration of the hiring process in our HR system.
• Prepare reports and documents for internal use and external authorities
  
  

Your Background

• Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel.
• A proactive and service-minded attitude.
