Electrical Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Project (Mannheim, Germany)


€120,000 + Expenses + Benefits | 10/4 Rotation | Leading Electrical Contractor


Blue Fox are partnered with a leading Electrical Contractor delivering a €15m package on a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Mannheim, Germany. We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial success.


The Role


As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll oversee all electrical and cabling installation works on a large-scale, cleanroom-driven pharmaceutical build. Working closely with the client, main contractor, and internal teams, you’ll manage planning, cost control, and on-site delivery to the highest technical and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage delivery of a €15m electrical package through construction to handover.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors across installation and commissioning phases.
  • Oversee technical submittals, QA/QC, and change management.
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with client and main contractor to maintain clear communication and progress reporting.


Requirements


  • Proven experience managing electrical packages €5m+ in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or mission-critical environments.
  • Background with electrical contractors or specialist MEP firms.
  • Strong understanding of cabling, containment, and cleanroom requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work on a rotation basis (10 days on / 4 days off) in Mannheim.
  • EU work eligibility required.


Package


  • Base salary: circa €120,000 per annum
  • Rotation: 10/4 (flights & accommodation provided)
