Project Manager – Frankfurt, Germany

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading German Architectural and Engineering company delivering large-scale developments across all project phases (1–9).

Location: Frankfurt

Salary: €70.000 – €90.000 basic

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a German Architectural and Engineering company seeking to strengthen their Project Management Team in Frankfurt. This role will oversee the delivery of complex projects, including data centres, from early concept through design, permitting, construction, and handover.

Day-to-day duties could include:

• Managing all project stages from concept design to completion (HOAI Phases 1–9)
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structural, MEP, and external consultants
• Leading project planning, scheduling, and budget control to ensure delivery within time and cost targets
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and authorities
• Overseeing tendering, procurement, and contract management processes
• Monitoring site progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Managing documentation, reporting, and communication across the full project lifecycle

Requirements for the role:

• Higher qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
• 5+ years previous experience
• Strong understanding of German building codes, regulations and permitting processes
• German and English fluent – written and spoken
