We are looking for an Python AI Developer!

Mission:

• This is a developer role but includes a large amount of coordination, communicating and adapting to dynamic circumstances. The successful candidate will have superior initiative and drive to adapt to challenges faced each day – technical and organizational.

Responsabilities:

• Work as a developer in the Generative AI team which is split between London and Lisbon.
• You will need to talk to different groups of engineers, support and business users.
• Hands-on experience in Python backend development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Python development
• Ability to build complete CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/Kubernetes/Docker/Ansible is a plus.
• Experience in development and delivery of modern WebUI stack using modern development practices and high level of processes automation is a plus.
• Subject matter knowledge is a plus – AI/ML model integration and fine-tuning.
• Experience with relational DB / SQL is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Autonomous and proactive person.
• Team player.
• Think out-of-the box and come up with new ideas/ improvements for the processes.
• Organizational Skills.
• Good level of english.
