Full-timeRemote FriendlyEngineering, Information Technology

We are an 800+ strong team whose ideas underpin successful exits, IPOs, strong financial results and competitive advantages as well as novel processes, new business models and great user experiences. We focus on e-commerce, mobility, and transport & logistics, while always keeping an eye on emerging segments as well.

We rethink processes, business models and architecture, not to mention tech stacks. This approach opens doors for our people to find their own ways and solutions and bring their own ideas to life, learning and advancing both within and across teams and departments.

We say no to office politics and pointless meetings. We celebrate curiosity, experimentation, and passion beyond code. We are very open to people growing both within and beyond their teams and departments. And this is where we suggest starting today.

As a Senior QA Engineer you will join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions across web, mobile and backend systems. If you enjoy diving into different business domains and solving varied, real-world problems, this role will give you the chance to work across a broad spectrum of challenges.

  • Report, prioritise and track defects using the project management/bug-tracking system
  • Support automation - design or maintain automated test scripts (UI/API)
  • Participate in test environment setup, data preparation and test execution scheduling
  • Work within an Agile environment, attend sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and contribute from QA perspective
  • Monitor and report KPI/quality dashboards: defect backlog trends, test coverage, automation coverage, release readiness
  • Influence tooling and process improvements by selecting and rolling out new QA tools, integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines, promoting best practices across teams and projects

What you will bring
  • Extensive QA experience in software engineering/digital product companies
  • Deep expertise in both manual and automated testing across web, mobile and APIs; hands-on with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations
  • Proven track record in defining QA strategy, implementing frameworks and raising overall quality maturity
  • Solid understanding of non-functional testing types such as performance, security, accessibility
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and operations teams and effectively communicate quality status to business leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to drive change
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Following experience we consider as an advantage
  • ISTQB, CSTE or equivalent QA certification
  • Experience in regulated or highly-secure domains

What we offer
  • A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun
  • Health insurance and a yearly training budget (local and international conferences, language courses), employee-led workshops
