Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a skilled and motivated R&D Scientist Intern to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a science-minded individual interested in learning how innovative food supplements, pet products, and cosmetic formulations are created and brought to market. At the beginning of the internship, the primary focus will be on documentation management - reviewing, organizing, and maintaining R&D records and technical files with opportunities to gradually assist in research and formulation support as the role develops.

Bits of your job:

• Review and revise R&D documentation, formulation sheets, and technical data files for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform initial data entry and filing of product specifications, raw material data, and testing reports.
• Assist in the creation and standardization of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal templates.
• Support the R&D team in literature research and ingredient data collection.
• Ensure compliance of all documents with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate remotely with the R&D and manufacturing teams to maintain an organized digital filing system.

Key expectations:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a natural sciences-related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Interest in nutraceuticals, pet health, or cosmetics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  
  

Salary: 500 €/mon. net

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with full-time defined as 8 hours daily.
