The Role:
As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you’ll be the backbone of complex, high-impact energy projects. You’ll support project managers from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation, action lists, and meetings
- Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
- Create clear reports for stakeholders and project teams
- Facilitate communication across teams and external partners
- Support resource planning, budget tracking, and invoicing
- Propose solutions and improve project processes
What You Bring:
- HBO degree in a relevant field
- A few years’ experience in a project support role (e.g. project assistant, planner)
- Skilled in planning/reporting tools
- Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
- Affinity with renewable energy or technology is a big plus
