The Role:

As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you’ll be the backbone of complex, high-impact energy projects. You’ll support project managers from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation, action lists, and meetings
• Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
• Create clear reports for stakeholders and project teams
• Facilitate communication across teams and external partners
• Support resource planning, budget tracking, and invoicing
• Propose solutions and improve project processes

What You Bring:

• HBO degree in a relevant field
• A few years’ experience in a project support role (e.g. project assistant, planner)
• Skilled in planning/reporting tools
• Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
• Affinity with renewable energy or technology is a big plus
