We are looking for:

We are seeking a smart and passionate Technical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring seamless system design, robust APIs, and reliable data integration. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do:

• Define and document system requirements – translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, including data models, ER diagrams, and process flows;
• Design and validate REST APIs – collaborate with development teams to define API endpoints, request/response structures, and integration requirements for seamless system communication;
• Perform data modeling and SQL analysis – design relational database schemas, understand entity relationships, and write SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and analytics;
• Support Agile development processes – create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in JIRA/Azure DevOps; actively participate in sprint planning and review sessions;
• Assist in system integration projects – analyze integration points between applications, define data exchange protocols, and ensure accurate end-to-end data flow across systems.

What you must have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Business analysis;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• REST API Design;
• Data modeling - understand relationships among the data in a database; understand and analyze how an organisation should collect, update, and store data;
• SQL Server knowledge;
• Product discovery - research expectations of a customer, collect, analyze and accurately document the initial requirements for the future product;
• Proactive behavior, good organizational and time management skills and result-oriented working style;
• Good English communication skills – both spoken and written;
• Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps is a plus;
• Experience with integration projects is a plus.
