Cyber Security Manager

Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed advisory firm in the US. They are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead risk and maturity assessments, implement security controls, advise on strategy and governance, develop risk management frameworks, and apply hands-on technical expertise to enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity maturity and risk assessments, advising clients on strategy, metrics, and board-level reporting.
• Implement and manage security controls across MDR, IAM, network security, and cloud environments.
• Develop and operationalize risk management frameworks, including policies, procedures, and risk registers.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity governance, including policy, standards, and awareness training programs.
• Leverage hands-on experience in system administration, network design, and security analysis to enhance client defences.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology or security related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
