Lead – Python Developer

Your Opportunity

As a Project Lead, you will take ownership of the Python container application and lead its development lifecycle. You will design and implement a robust platform for agents, ensuring integration points and reusable components are readily available.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture and delivery of containerized Python services, aligning with existing frontend and C# layers.
• Define standards and best practices for building scalable, secure, and maintainable agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and platform consistency.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.
• Champion automation and efficiency across development and deployment processes.
• Continuously explore and apply emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading projects or teams in software development, ideally with Python-based platforms.
• Ability to write strongly typed, clean, efficient Python code and guide others in best practices.
• Strong capability of using LLM endpoints (eg. Azure OpenAI) and integrating into enterprise solutions.
• Track record of developing generative AI agents using frontier technologies (eg. Langchain)
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes preferred).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Optional Ability to work across multiple technologies (C#, React, SQL)
