In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of designing products that resonate with patients while empowering caregivers to deliver exceptional care. With Yazen, you’ll lead with empathy, drive with data, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Master the Patient Experience: Dive deep into patient journeys to ensure every feature improves their health outcomes and overall satisfaction.
- Bridge the Patient-Clinician Gap: Develop tools that foster meaningful connections between patients and caregivers, streamlining communication and care delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Harness insights from patient behavior and clinical feedback to prioritize impactful product enhancements.
- Innovate for Engagement: Leverage gamification and behavioral science to design features that inspire and sustain patient engagement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with clinicians, designers, developers, and marketing teams to align on a shared vision and deliver exceptional products.
- Test and Iterate: Lead user testing and validation sessions to ensure the product meets the highest standards of usability and value for both patients and caregivers.
- Scale Thoughtfully: Adapt strategies from scale-up environments to ensure our product grows with our expanding international footprint.
- Empathy-Driven Vision: A passion for understanding patient and caregiver challenges and translating them into innovative solutions.
- Proven Expertise: Experience in product management, ideally in digital health or scale-ups, with a track record of delivering impactful, user-centric products.
- Data Mastery: Strong analytical skills, using metrics and trends to drive product strategy and measure success.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A knack for bringing fresh ideas to complex challenges, particularly around user engagement and app retention.
- Excellent Collaboration: A natural communicator, adept at aligning diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Clinical Focus: Experience working in or closely with healthcare, ensuring the clinical integrity of product offerings is a plus.
- Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in Swedish is a strong bonus, though not required.
