🎨 Design Lead

• Lead a team of designers and drive the creative direction for brands across digital, print, and motion.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns.
• Ensure design consistency and high-quality output across projects.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating the design culture at Schbang.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Passion for storytelling through visuals.
• A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
• For Design Lead: Prior experience managing creative teams and handling client communication.

Preferred Education Background

Candidates from top design schools such as NIFT, SkillTech, Somaiya, ISDI, Pearl Academy, or TDV are preferred.
