About The Opportunity

As a Trainee Engineer at eHealth NSW, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare by supporting the development, operations, and delivery of digital health products. Guided by senior delivery staff, you’ll contribute to building and running solutions that improve patient outcomes across NSW

In This Role, You Will

  • Plan delivery activities with senior engineers, identifying risks to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
  • Investigate engineering tasks with guidance, contributing to technology migration, transformation, or implementation.
  • Support system operations through incident management, change requests, monitoring, and resiliency testing.
  • Explore emerging technologies and trends, adding value to team discussions and innovation.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience in the build or operations of applications or infrastructure, including relevant qualifications or the equivalent.
  • Knowledge of modern ICT Delivery and Operational practices (DevOps), including associated operating methodologies (such as Agile).
