Senior Agile Coach

We are currently looking for a Senior Agile Coach for one of our clients in the banking sector.

Your responsibilities

Agile Coaching & Team Enablement

• Guide teams and individuals in the implementation of the Agile operating model.
• Assess Agile maturity and adapt coaching techniques accordingly.
• Motivate teams to adopt Agile values, principles, and behaviours.
• Support teams in becoming autonomous and fully self-coaching.

Facilitation & Agile Ceremonies

• Actively participate in team ceremonies and operational meetings.
• Ensure the proper application of Agile methods and propose process improvements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across squads, tribes, or guilds when required.

Change Management & Training

• Lead training initiatives, mentoring programs, and individual coaching sessions.
• Tailor training materials and documentation to support learning and daily implementation.
• Drive cultural change to anchor an Agile mindset within the organisation.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Collaborate with fellow Agile Coaches to share best practices and enhance methodologies.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on relevant Agile frameworks and industry practices.
• Contribute to Agile governance, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic transformation topics.

Your profile

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 10 years of experience in complex organisations.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach supporting teams, leaders, and large-scale Agile transformations.
• Strong expertise in facilitating group learning and managing team dynamics.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean, DevOps (at least one required).

Preferable:

• Experience as a trainer.
• Knowledge of squad dynamics, backlog management, E2E delivery practices, slicing techniques, and Agile governance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and knowledge-sharing abilities.

Languages

• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
