Associate Product Manager, Specialist

Supports the management and roadmap for a digital product, demonstrating a understanding of the digital product(s) and associated business areas. Digital products often have departmental implications.

Core Responsibilities

Supports digital product management services on a digital product, developing functional expertise to improve digital product results.
Collaborates with a small cross-functional team to understand client need and drive change to the client experience.
Supports digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
Raises client needs and provides input to inform the product strategy.
Assists with planning, development and implementation of a new product.
Supports analysis of markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
