In your role you will:

Define AI & Data strategies with clients and help making decisions on strategy implementations

Help clients with design and implementation of AI & Data platforms and their architecture, tools and processes

Communicate technology, AI & Data solutions and the value they create for the business to senior leadership

Advise and help our clients through the changes that Generative AI entails both for business operations and for underlying technology and data

Work with clients to define how AI & Data can help their businesses create winning strategies, operating models and support driving the transformation for our clients.

Bring detailed and comprehensive industry knowledge (especially in Financial Services) and experience to support or lead delivery of client projects.

Support and/or create and lead high-performing teams to deliver fast-paced client projects

Support sales activities with e.g. producing sharp content and message for CXO pitches

Who we are looking for:

We expect you to have a proven track record of successful AI & Data strategy implementations, a history of thought leadership in the field, and the ability to mentor and guide analysts in the team. Furthermore, we expect the following from you:

5+ years relevant experience within AI and/or Data

AI & Data Skills: Knowledge of what it takes to apply AI, ML or Generative AI to real world problems. Experience with cloud technologies and AI & Data platform architectures. An understanding of data lifecycle, data product design & data mesh solutions. Experience of data governance and management.

Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of 1-2 specific industries and advisory on their business needs. Financial Services experience is a plus.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Exceptional internal/client handling skills and a track record of successful solutions.

Leadership and Project Management: Skilled in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Strategic Vision: Capable of formulating long-term AI & Data strategies.

Sales excellence: Proven experience in building entrepreneurial teams and managing a pipeline. Proven history of business development in a consulting environment.

Execution & leadership: Having managed & delivered on a balanced set of metrics including customer relationship, delivery scope, people development and capability building.

Finnish language skills are preferred, proficient in English

Master´s Degree from relevant field
