What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing resources and stakeholder expectations.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing resources and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage transformation projects and Continuous Improvement projects including Digitalization.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Lead project teams across departments, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Electrical Industry
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully with good analytical skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and business tools like SAP, Salesforces and Power Business Intelligent reports.
- Ability to be agile to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with team influencing skills.
