Project coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Project Coordinator to join our team at SII Belgium. This project coordinator is a detail-oriented professional ready to step into a dynamic, client-facing role. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and acting as the central point of contact. While you won’t need to handle technical tasks, your understanding of network engineering will be an asset in overseeing technical progress and coordinating with teams. You would join various teams working in Agile mode for projects in the Energy, Retail, Banking or Telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complaints, queries, and updates.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical deliverables are successfully achieved.
• Resolve logistical challenges.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation.

Qualifications:

• A background in network engineering or related technical experience.
• A Bachelor degree in any relevant field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• A desire to grow into project management, leveraging your technical foundation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
