UFS Data Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decisions and commercial strategy, designing and maintaining a reliable, accessible and consistent data ecosystem.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales functions to align data insights with growth objectives and translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure operational effectiveness across key platforms and external stakeholders to support business processes and performance management.
• Promote a digital and data-driven culture, acting as a change facilitator and coach for the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies.
• Actively collaborate with the Global Customer Experience team, contributing to the definition and implementation of technological solutions that improve efficiency and service quality for our customers.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with a strong grasp of data visualization and analytics.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to translate tech passion into business impact, leading initiatives with ownership and vision.
• Advanced proficiency in English & Italian.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Base knowledge of Oracle, SAP, CRM Goose, GAC, Inside Sales, ESRA, Datalake platforms is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or multinational companies is a valued asset.
• Interest in Chefs and Food Service industry is considered an advantage.
