Our FI client is looking for a Product Designer to join their team on a 12+ month contract. This will be 3x per week onsite downtown.
Ideally starting in Mid December.

Ideally starting in Mid December.
Hourly rate is $45-50 per hour.
- You will be working on a small design team, establishing a new design practice for optimization of advisor facing tools within the bank.
- You will work closely, primarily with Product Owners and Business Analysts, on an ongoing basis to review and discuss new and upcoming features on the Gen AI advisor tool roadmap, and brainstorm and sketch UX enhancements and the UX/UI for new product features;
- You will work with product owners, tech leads, business analysts and other relevant stakeholders to scope design activities, collect business and functional requirements, establish timelines for delivery of prototypes and ready for dev files
- You will create design concepts for the Gen AI advisor tool enhancements and features in Figma, review concepts with product owners and other relevant stakeholders, and collect feedback to iterate
- You will create Figma prototypes to support both moderated and unmoderated usability testing of Gen AI tool design concepts with advisors
- You will contribute to an ongoing initiative to optimize the workflow of the advisor
Skills Needed
- experience designing employee- or advisor-facing digital product or digital tools
- experience planning and delivering Figma prototypes of medium-high complexity, within constrained timeframes
- expertise in delivering design concepts, medium-complexity prototypes, and
- experience planning and conducting usability testing
