We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join the Custom Software Development Unit, where we create tailored IT solutions that truly make a difference. What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications using modern technologies and best practices.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

What We Expect From You

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and related frameworks.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems architecture.
  • Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Expertise in API design, integration, and secure interface development.
  • Experience with cloud-native applications and deployments on Azure and/or AWS.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
