What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and related frameworks.
- Proven track record designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Expertise in API design, integration, and secure interface development.
- Experience with cloud-native applications and deployments on Azure and/or AWS.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
