Assignment description:
- We are looking for a UX/UI designer with a strong focus on UI to collaborate on an exciting project of developing our next generation of condition monitoring solutions.
- The end goal of our solutions is to provide actionable insights based on machine data to make industrial machines run longer, and this positions us at the center of turning the Client's strategy of intelligent and clean growth into reality.
- The project involves developing a web application that offers an exceptional user experience and allows our users to detect machinery issues confidently and quickly.
Your responsibilities and day-to-day tasks:
We are recruiting an additional member to our UX/UI design team, and your day-to-day tasks include;
- Cooperating closely with our UX/UI Lead, product owners and chief product owner to suggest different solutions to defined needs.
- Initiate, participate and contribute to design reviews frequently.
- Driving standardization and inform/educate development teams on design rules.
- Testing/verifying the UI design that our developers have implemented.
- Working with stakeholders to understand needs.
- Participating in scrum ceremonies.
- Brainstorm, share insights, and collectively create something impactful.
Requirements:
- Figma user, i.e. you need deep knowledge and understanding of working with Figma and design systems, especially working with component-based web design (auto-layout, variables, design libraries, responsive design, prototyping, interactivity).
- Proficient in applying web and Document Object Model (DOM) principles to enhance UI design—ensuring responsive layouts, consistent spacing, and intuitive element behavior across platforms.
- Comfortable with an iterative working process, meaning that you share your designs at an early stage to allow feedback.
- Solid understanding of design systems as a concept and experience in the underlying factors of scalability and compliance within design.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is required.
- Fluent in English, fluency in Swedish is meritorious.
- Experience of working with industrial applications is meritorious but not required.

- React, Svelte, TypeScript, Go, PostgreSQL, GIT, AWS, Docker, K3S, MongoDB, Azure Devops, Figma, Miro and more.
Start date: As soon as possible
Length of assignment: Until further notice
Hybrid: Minimum 50% working from Client Office
Location: Client Site in Gothenburg
