Project Head - Data Centers

> Experience of 25+ years in Project Management in Large Data Centre Projects / Similar EPC projects involving MEP

> Techno-commercial person, having experience of Project Management, Development and Execution of Hyperscale data centers / mission-critical facilities

> Responsible for identification of Project requirements and establishing Project definition, scope and Execution Strategy.

> Responsible for overall Project Management and e2e delivery of Project within defined Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety parameters

> Ensure compliance and adherance to all the established processes and systems by all stakeholders

> Interface with all internal and external stakeholders including PMC, EPCM, Engineering, P&C and Construction to ensure all are aligned to the Project requirements

> Implement Change Management Processes are ensuring all changes pertaining to Design / Project requirements are affected and stakeholders aligned

> Implement Risk Management Processes to ensure that risks are timely identified and mitigated
