Working As a React Developer, You Will

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React
  • Build scalable and user-friendly interfaces that deliver excellent user experience and performance
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement front-end architecture and integration strategies
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices
  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle - from concept and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and ensure high-quality standards across the codebase
  • Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and contribute to technical decisions within the team

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React framework
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
  • Experience in state management (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and component-based architecture
  • Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs and web security principles
  • Familiarity with build and packaging tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Good command of Polish (C1) & English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
