Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with strong expertise in AI, advanced analytics, and financial services — particularly in banking CRM analytics and risk analytics.

You will partner with banks to design data-driven strategies, shape AI/analytics use cases, and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products that enhance customer engagement, risk decisioning, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery with banks, identifying opportunities in CRM, credit, risk, and customer lifecycle analytics
• Translate banking business problems into AI/analytics use cases with clear KPIs and measurable value drivers
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to design solutions such as:
• next-best-action models
• credit scoring & risk models
• churn prediction
• early-warning systems
• fraud detection
• customer segmentation
• Support presales activities, business case development, and high-level solution design for banking analytics platforms
• Act as the business lead within delivery teams, ensuring alignment with banking processes, regulatory expectations, and customer value
• Drive user adoption, onboarding, and value realization across CRM, Risk, Digital, and Marketing teams
• Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and KoçDigital’s internal know-how for banking analytics

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of retail banking, credit risk, customer analytics, and digital banking KPIs
• Ability to convert banking needs into actionable AI/analytics solutions and communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for analysis and exploration
• Familiarity with key AI and analytics techniques used in banking:
• classification, propensity modeling
• segmentation
• forecasting
• credit risk scoring
• Good understanding of the analytics product lifecycle, model monitoring, and model governance in financial institutions
• 8+ years of experience, including minimum 3 years in banking analytics, AI consulting, or data-driven transformation
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across CRM, Risk, Digital, and IT teams
• Proven track record of delivering AI or analytics solutions in enterprise banking environments
