Radio Network Optimization Engineer

We are looking for Radio Network Optimization Engineer with 2+ years Nokia/Huawei Experience, to be part of our Central RAN Optimization Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Good understanding and practical experience of data analysis , data analysis tools and platforms like tableau, Microsoft Powerbi and python,
• Practical experience on creating and visualizing data analysis via dashboards,
• Resolve Database issue from parameters audits check done as part of pre-launch/post-launch optimization improving the performance of the Network,
• Evaluate and adapt new methods, strategies and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization, Features, trials & tuning,
• Coverage and Footprint Optimization using OSS and DT tools,
• Daily Optimization Tasks, Identify and resolve LTE network performance issues: Capacity, RACH, RRC Setup, E-RAB Drop, Throughput, Mobility,
• RF Site Surveys, Drive Tests (Acitx ,Tems), CQI, Throughput, RSSI, SINR analyze,
• Baseband and Radio Resource Capacity Optimization,
• Worst Cell Identification and Root Cause Analysis,
• Prepare and issue technical guidelines and results of technical studies,
• Prepare and issue engineering level and executive-level reports,
• Knowledge about SON tool modules.

Specifications:

• Graduated from related departments of universities (Computer/Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering etc.),
• Min 2 years RAN optimization experience (LTE /3G/GSM),
• Experience with Nokia/Huawei is preferred,
• Good knowledge on LTE/3G key performance indicators (KPIs) for both OSS and Drive Test,
• Have experience with Multi-Carrier/Multi-Band networks (LTE, UMTS, and GSM),
• Must have an excellent relationship with both verbal and written communication skills,
• Good command of English.
