We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that drive innovation and business impact. This role combines deep data science knowledge with hands-on experience in LLMs, NLP, and generative modeling techniques to create scalable, production-ready AI applications. You will be building a recommendation engine using classification model. GenAI + AI skillset. You will have experience in Azure and Data Bricks.
Mandatory to work in the office 3 days per week in North York (Leslie/DVP)
Key Responsibilities
Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, code generation, and synthetic data creation.
Data Engineering: Collect, preprocess, and curate large datasets for model training and evaluation.
Pipeline Optimization: Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineering, analytics, product) to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging GenAI technologies and integrate cutting-edge techniques into solutions.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
