LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Drive Test Engineer to join our business:
Job responsibilities:
- Perform Single Site Verification drive test.
- Perform Cluster level drive test.
- Perform Benchmark drive test.
- Perform Indoor walk test.
- Prepare test plan for different scenarios.
- Site engineering parameters preparation and update.
- Take part in troubleshooting of RAN quality issues.
- Perform analysis of collected logs and prepare reports.
- Responsible for the project success and customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.
Main requirements:
- Good knowledges of radio theory and antennas characteristics.
- Basic knowledges of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network structure.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel.
- Strong curiosity and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new business requirements.
- Excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and tasks.
- Good team collaboration spirit, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English.
- Readiness for business trips.
