About the role
A leading Australian financial services engineer are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Network Engineer in Sydney on a 6-month contract for the business.
The role is focussed around Network Design/Automation, Cisco firewalls and ACI.
Responsibilities:
- Network design for migration from existing infrastructure to new ACI and FTD infrastructure
- Developing runbooks and procedures
- Producing lower level designs on both legacy and modern network infrastructure and implementing them.
- Support and mentor automation engineers on APIC and CSM
Key Skills:
- Solid experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco ASA/Firepower
- Knowledge of APIC REST/API Models and CSM
- Previous experience working on enterprise firewall policy roll outs
- Experience with network automation frameworks
- CCIE level
