Compensation:

Responsibilities and more:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (IaC & Automation) with strong experience in Terraform and Azure DevOps to design and automate cloud infrastructure deployments. You will work closely with cloud architects to transform Azure Blueprints into reusable, scalable, and compliant infrastructure modules, ensuring speed, consistency, and reliability across environments.


This is a hands-on engineering role, ideal for professionals who enjoy building automation from the ground up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for high-performance cloud operations.


This is a Full-Time temporary position for 5 weeks, with the possibility of extension beyond that period


Key Responsibilities:


* Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.

* Convert Azure Blueprints into Terraform modules for reusable and compliant infrastructure.

* Design, build, and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for automated deployments.

* Collaborate with cloud and security architects to align automation with governance standards.

* Troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize pipeline performance, and manage state consistency.

* Implement tagging standards, monitor infrastructure drift, and maintain documentation.


Required Skills & Experience:


* Strong proficiency in Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.

* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts).

* Understanding of state management, tagging strategies, and drift detection.

* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in Azure (e.g., Log Analytics, Application Insights).

* Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional DevOps and cloud architecture teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


* HashiCorp Terraform Certification or equivalent experience.

* Experience in compliance-driven automation (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001).

* Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and secure deployment automation.
