People & Culture Generalist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role as Unit People & Culture Generalist, you are responsible for efficient, effective and consistent execution of all People related activities and processes in Raisio store. In this role you will report to the Unit People & Culture Manager.

✔ Executing operational people related tasks and daily routines on unit level, e.g. on- and offboarding related tasks, to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
✔ Support the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant people goals
✔ Ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment and on-boarding of the new talents in close collaboration with the centralized recruitment and administration teams
✔ Executing trainings for co-workers and managers
✔ Supporting and coaching managers on all people related matters (e.g. our rules and guidelines including the collective agreement, health and wellbeing, co-worker relations, performance, development)
✔ Work towards key objectives for the role, ensuring your actions contribute to the overall success of the People & Culture function and the unit’s business goals.

📝 This position is full time 37,5 h/week and fixed term until 31.8.2026. Starting in the role by agreement, but no later than 5.1.2026
